Good hotel. It's outside the regular crowded area in Mazatlán so don't expect a lot of bars around. Breakfast is good considering the price you pay overall good price-relation here.
It's a really nice hotel, the place looks clean all the time, the beds are comfortable, it has free internet connection for guests, and the breakfast is really good ... It's close to some plazas, but you can always ride a taxi, uber, "pulmonía" or "araña" to the beach

We have stayed here several times while visiting Mazatlán. Right next to a Soriana where we usually shop for snacks and supplies we forgot to pack. Staff is friendly and helpful. They recommend local spots to dine. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the main strip where there are tacos shops. Room was clean. Good storage for our luggage and clothes. However, no refrigerator on our room.
